Most songs of mine, especially the love songs are quite depressing in nature unfortunately and I don’t write too many positive love songs. This is an exception fortunately. I wrote most of this waiting for a train at Meols station singing down the phone and finishing off a couple of lyrics in Glasgow when me and David Nixon went to the C2C (Country to Country) event to see Kacey Musgrave in March 2018.
