After the horrendous Parklands shootings in America in February 2018 I saw a post on Facebook from a friend of mine who has two children at school out there and she simply wrote “My God, that’s not too far from where I live”.
Having your children go to school: which should be a safe environment, and having you worst fears realised must absolutely be the most horrible feeling you can imagine.
